Shoresh Emergency Fund: Immediate Relief and Long-Term Resilience
Since October 7, dozens of communities across Israel have faced devastation, displacement, and trauma. Families lost their homes, entire towns were evacuated, and the path to recovery seemed long and uncertain. In the absence of timely government support, Shoresh Fund established the Shoresh Emergency Fund — a rapid, civilian-led initiative providing immediate and effective assistance to communities in crisis .
Through a unique and agile operational model, the fund has delivered vital aid to dozens of communities in Israel’s south and north, including emergency housing, essential supplies, trauma care, and community revitalization programs.
Thanks to a broad network of partners and strong execution capabilities, the Shoresh Emergency Fund continues to provide recovery support to those who need it most.
